St James's Town— House

Lawson Robb were selected to work alongside SHH, interior architect and design, on the FF&E concept, procurement and installation of a luxurious townhouse in the heart of St James’s. This five-bedroom, 7,300 sq ft, new-build development on Park Place is situated on a discrete cul-de-sac near The Ritz, The Wolseley and St James’s Palace. The property has a striking black brick façade and the aim was for the bespoke interior design to complement the iconic exterior with a masculine, clean design.
